WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED TO HAVE WHEN I START MY SCUBA COURSE?

We recommend that you purchase as a minimum the following items for your course, purely on the grounds of personal comfort, fit and hygiene; Mask, Snorkel and Fins - These items are provided as standard for pool based training and all equipment is cleaned after every use, however all school equipment is a generic brand and fit to cater for the broad range of students that we train. We do not provide or hire Neoprene booties on the grounds of foot hygiene for any confined or open water training.

These are all items that you will require when you go diving and we have duly negotiated discounted prices on many equipment items for all SUKD student divers training with us, with a local dive centre. To purchase your equipment items in advance of your course Please ask us for a discount voucher when booking your course - If you require assistance in making your equipment choices we will be happy to arrange a convenient time to accompany you to the dive centre where you can purchase your equipment.

For details of any course that you are interested in, course document or directions to our training sites, please select your choice from the scroll down lists below.

DIVE SPECIALTIES !

Dive specialties are a great way to develop your dive skills and at the the same time experience different areas of recreational scuba diving and work towards your MSD rating.

Many specialties compliment specific areas of diving. Reef diving?...consider a multi level, peak performance buoyancy or drift specialty course.

Wreck diving?...consider the wreck, deep or underwater navigator specialties.
